Our collections team chase arrears and implement the relevant legal steps when necessary. Payments are tracked in our client portal for complete visibility.

We prioritise flexibility and transparency, offering solutions that make managing finances simpler and more efficient, with the option to pay monthly .

Additionally, we provide the flexibility for clients to either manage their own bank accounts or have out team handle them, ensuring full control and complete visibility over their finances.

Maintenance and Repairs

We conduct regular inspections on every property that we manage to ensure that the buildings are maintained to a high standard and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We proactively manage our properties to ensure that potential issues are identified and remedied before they become major issues.

We have our own in house grounds and maintenance team who manage most of our properties, providing the care and accountability that is often lacking with third party contractors.

Communication

Our client portal offers instant access to information and accounts for both Directors and Leaseholders, online maintenance ticketing and tracking, and messaging.

Our team will proactively contact Directors and Leaseholders throughout the year to provide updates and ensure regular communication.

Company Secretary

We act as your Company Secretary, arranging and attending AGMs, issuing share certificates, updating the company register and Companies House Accordingly.

​

Our team of experts will organise quotations and arrange necessary insurance policies including building insurance, directors and offers, engineering and public liability. 

​

Minutes of AGMs will be produced and distributed to all leaseholders.
