Our Story
When we started this journey, our vision was simple: to create a company that provided true value to property owners, delivering excellent service and maintaining properties to the very highest standard at realistic prices.

This business was born out of a passion to address what we saw as an industry that over charges owners and generally provides a poor quality of service. We own a number of properties and we were becoming frustrated that every year the service charges would increase without fail but that the quality of the maintenance of our property was deteriorating and generally not reflective of the high price we were paying. After years of complaints to various managing agents and thinking we could do a better job ourselves, we started XL@Property.

Initially the business was created just to maintain the estates that our own properties were on, however, word of mouth about the quality of our service and the cost savings we achieved for owners, has seen the business evolve. From day one, our goal has been been to make a difference and be disruptive in an industry that has become very complacent. We go about our business with the aim of delivering value and building trust - and to do so with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to the people we serve.
As we continue to grow, we are incredibly proud of what we've accomplished and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
