The story behind XL@Property

When we started this journey, our vision was simple: to create a company that provides true value to property owners by delivering excellent service and maintaining properties to the highest standard at realistic prices.

This business was born out of a passion to address what we saw as an industry that overcharges owners and generally provides a poor quality of service. As property owners ourselves, we became frustrated that service charges increased every year without fail, while the quality of maintenance deteriorated and failed to reflect the high prices we were paying. After years of complaints to various managing agents and feeling confident we could do a better job ourselves, we started XL@Property.

Initially, the business was created solely to maintain the estates where our own properties were located. However, word of mouth about the quality of our service and the cost savings we achieved for owners has allowed the business to evolve. From day one, our goal has been to make a difference and disrupt an industry that has become increasingly complacent.

 

We approach our work with the aim of delivering value, building trust, acting with integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to the people we serve. As we continue to grow, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
